If you have your own photography web site, being active on the internet is a good way to promote it. Some sites offer a free link to your site - a good option is this one. Try it out, it's free and you'll get more visitors to your web site.

My thought here was that I'd write down links to 100 interesting and useful photo related sites on my list here. I'm not quite there yet, got 68 so far - I'll add more later. They are ranked in opposite order of their traffic level, (according to "Alexa" - wildly inaccurate sometimes) just to be different. Gives a bit of a randomize effect, perhaps. But also to help promote the lesser known sites a bit - everybody already knows flickr!
